Alternate Office Solutions is a
virtual administrative support service company owned and operated by
Odetta Taylor. Prior to becoming a Virtual Assistant, Odetta was employed for
more than 15 years as an administrative professional in both the
private and public sectors. Throughout her career, Odetta learned many valuable skills
that allowed her to broaden the services she offers to her
clients.
Outside of her VA practice, Odetta teaches a class at Durham
Technical Community College.
She is a member of the Raleigh and Knightdale Chamber of
Commerce, a member of the Women Business Owners Network of
Raleigh, NC, formally sat on the board as Secretary for
Prosperity House, Inc., a transitional home for men in Durham
and a member of Slingshot.
When time permits, Odetta enjoys spending time with
friends and family, traveling, playing board games, sewing and
finding time to relaxing. |

pharmaceutical industry and non-profit organizations. Michelle
has extraordinary leadership, computer, financial and customer
service skills. Michelle has been an entrepreneur for over 10

Niki Taylor has worked in the daycare
industry providing administrative support and teaching toddlers
for several years.
She provides the best in customer service support and seeing to
it that the needs of all team members are met. |
